Important Notes:

1. Submitted and accepted full paper will be published into the conference proceedings, be invited to give the Poster presentation, register after you receive the acceptance letter, details listed in the acceptance letter.
2. Abstract will be included in program but will not published in conference proceedings. Register after you receive the acceptance letter and more details list in the acceptance letter.
3. Each normal registration includes one paper publication in SPIE Digital proceedings, a bag, a badge, proceedings, program schedule, and attending all technical sessions and social programs (tea/coffee breaks, conference lunches).
4. All attendees must register, but only attendee without paper publication can register with the listener fee or presenters fee. 
5. Only the same first author can enjoy the discount for additional paper(s).
6. Everybody, who has paid the conference fees, will receive an official receipt at the conference venue.
7. Please note that the registration fee is only for paper publication, attending the conference etc. Authors should bear all lodging and boarding expense on their own.
8. To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student in an accredited university. Please submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) to the Conference Secretary along with other registration materials.
9. Please note that registration fees are not refundable and non-transferable.

For Authors
Submission Methods-Registration Files needed to submit:

(1) The final version of the paper (both MS word file and PDF like: 123.doc and 123.pdf)
(2) Registration form (.xls or.xlsx)
(3) Scanned payment proof (.jpg etc)
(4) Scanned student proof (If the first author is a student and the paper register student .)
(5) Copyright agreement form, you also can find the copyright in the website of SPIE. (titled as IVPAI2023 YOUR PAPER ID+copyright, like:"123 copyright".pdf)
Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until all Registration Files above is received in full.

How to register the conference as a listener

For listeners who are interested in attending the conference with no publication and presentation, please download the registration form and send the filled form to the conference secretary at cfp@ivpai.org for successful registration confirmation.
